The case is then allocated to one of our therapists within 3 to 5 working days.
Normally within another 3 to 5 working days, the parents or carers of the child should receive notification of a proposed date and time for the assessment.
We send out a range of communication to make sure all your questions are answered about the day of the assessment.
We recommend that you allow a minimum of 4 hours for your visit. Although the actual assessment is much less, we find that this is a good amount of total time to allocate.
You and your child will have access to snacks, water, juice, tea and coffee.
Free parking is available at most of our locations.
Due to the comprehensive nature of the assessment, including additional information required, our reports can take between 5 and 8 weeks to complete. Each report includes data and observations from multiple sources. The longest lead times are based on accessing and/or retrieving certain information.
The final report will provide a very concise and clear outline of the therapeutic needs your child has.
For private clients a report is only produced on request. The cost adjusted to reflect this service.
